Behind the scenes in Beijing, China
a team of professionals toiled day and night to support the Fortune Global Forum. In addition to 600 attendees, there were 400 members of the Press and
Media, the President of China, 5 venues, one live TV show, multiple press
briefings, 4000 MacDonald hamburgers, 2000 entertainers, 500 waiters, 120
moving lights, 400 conventional lights and 30 spotlights. And that was just the
first day. There were hundreds of moving parts over the 4 day-long event and
Somers & Associates was on the ground in Beijing to help Fortune keep it all
